Cohorts and PLCs experience

I have been part of some PLCs or cohorts related in this specific area of education in technology, but it seems that a lot of teachers are not interested in digital or face to face PLCs or Cohorts. Normally, since I am passionate about technology, whenever I am in these types of groups, I try to help other people and ask to those who know more than me, but I see that most of the times my colleagues do not have time for digital learning.

To be fair, not everything is not great, but I have seen that when someone asks a question (including me) the community takes a while to answer back. So, I do not share with pride that, even thought I am in some, they are not quite active.

I think they are important, but they become relevant when people rely on them and they participate. As for how to improve this, I keep offering my help to whom ever asks and I try to stay in one to one contact with people that share the same passion as I.
