The way I invision my plan is as follows.
My plan needs at least 1 year to be fully integrated and one more year to expand it through the campus.
Next there is a table where I explain how the 1st year will look like. As it can be seen, the 1st year is more student focuse. It is the learning curve for students and for me. During this 1st year, I can learn from my mistakes and successes.
By the 2nd semester, the 2nd part of my innovation plan will start taking place. I want to take baby steps. Therefore, I will invite my colleague Mr.s Johnson to observe my classroom and to interact with my students. This way, she will be able to learn and see what she can use and implement in her classroom for the next school year..
Here is how my plan will look like.
- Required materials: enough Apple iPads where every classroom student club student can have and use their own device without the need of sharing them.
- Number of iPads requested:
- 1st year: At least 25. I teach two 25 classes. With 25 iPads I will be able to share iPads with my classes and my code club. But exist a very high risk that work and documents can get deleted. Even personal school accounts and data might be compromised.
- 2nd year. Ipads for my hallway teachers
- 3rd year. Ipads for 6th grade
- 4th year. Ipads for the whole school

Requirements to success:
In order for this plan to success and can be implemente school wide successful there are some needs that need to be met. Besides the devices, we need:
- Apple IDs
- Constant tech support. For security reasons, many digital devices are locked or have limited access to specific things. Sometimes, some of these locks need to be open in order to integrate the idea for the day. Therefore, the need for tech support.
- Training for new teachers from the district.
